一捲陳年的偵訊錄音帶，對照簡略的刑案筆錄，裡頭疑點重重。本單元為您公開汐止吳銘漢夫婦命案檢察官崔紀鎮的偵訊錄音帶，一探刑案偵訊的弊端。蘇建和等三名青年陷入一場長達十六年的冤獄，前幾年才獲得再審無罪當庭釋放。但死不認 錯的司法體制仍不放過他們，檢方堅稱他們殺了人，但檢視一場陳年的偵訊錄音帶，不難發 現裡面疑點重重。本單元特別公開這捲錄音的內容，揭露司法圈刑求、逼供的陋習。
